According to myth the sun god Helios journeyed the world daily from East to West. Our menu, like the Sun revolves around the world. Trish Tracey, Executive Chef of Helios, takes diners on a sun-filled culinary tour with the introduction of her globally-inspired menu in an energetic, relaxed and stylish atmosphere.


Globally-inspired, featuring fresh produce and specialty items grown locally and in surrounding areas.

  • Starters - Gulf Prawn Spring Rolls with Nuoc Cham-Chili Dipping Sauce; Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Tarragon Aioli and Fried Capers; Iceberg Lettuce Wedge with point Reyes Blue Cheese Dressing and Pumpernickel Croutons.
  • Entrees - Asparagus & Laura Chenel Fromage Blanc Ravioli w/Parmigiano Reggiano; Pan Roasted Dayboat Scallops w/Sweet Corn & Fava Bean Succotash; Grilled Pork Chop with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Ruby Port Sauce and Frog Hollow Peaches.
  • Dessert - Warm Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding in Phyllo with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce; Apricot Spritzer with fruit puree, sorbet and whole blueberries.

Embracing a variety of colors, textures and materials, Helios is stylish and high-energy, yet comfortable. Helios' bar is furnished with overstuffed armchairs and couches, table lamps and floor lamps, in fabrics of rich earth tones. The dining room comprises of two levels of banquettes and settees and looks onto the exhibition kitchen. French doors span entire side of the restaurant, opening onto a veranda with an open fire pit.
