Introducing 'Poste Roasts' By Chef Robert Weland
Enjoy the Parisian-style charm of the Poste Brasserie Chef's Garden with an intimate family-style dinner. Using sustainable and organic ingredients, "Poste Roasts" feature freshly roasted meat and fish with hearty sides. Take local dining even further, and add a Virginia wine pairing to your meal.

Here's how it works:

Your choice of one animal - duck, goat, pig, brisket, lamb, squab, salmon or poussin - all sourced from local farmers.Cuts are spit-roasted over hickory wood in the courtyard and served with fresh seasonal sides featuring ingredients from the Poste Garden. Served family style for 6-12 people at the Chef's Garden table.

$30 per guest (exclusive of beverages, dessert, tax and gratuity). Virginia wine pairings by the bottle are available for an additional cost. "Poste Roasts" are offered daily except for Thursday evenings. Reservations along with a specific meat selection must be made seven days in advance. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today. Take a walk through the Eighth Street Farmers Market with executive Chef Robert Weland then join us in the Chef's Garden for an intimate five course tasting menu showcasing local and artisanal products. "MARKET TO MARKET" is offered weekly on Thursday evenings during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Space is limited, so reserve your seat today.

Pre-Theatre Menu
Poste Brasserie is proud to offer our pre-theatre menu for $35.09. It includes one choice of two appetizers, three entrees, and choice of dessert. The pre-theatre menu is offered from 5pm-6:30pm.
