Poste Brasserie is housed in the historic 1841 General Post Office building (Tariff building), in the heart of downtown Washington DC. Featuring a dramatic, original sixteen-foot-high cast iron ceiling, and fully restored skylights from the original mail sorting room, Poste Brasserie is a beautiful and unique dining experience. From raised platforms and plush booths, guests have a view of the display kitchen.

Braised Short Ribs of Beef with Red Mustard Greens and Corn Hash, Syrah Reduction; Beef Carpaccio with Striped Bass and Tuna Tartare; Black Grouper with Yukon Gold Potato Gnocchi, Haricots Verts and Warm Herb Vinaigrette; Crab Cocktail with Pickled Papaya and Green Zebra Tomatoes; Grilled Veal Chop with Swiss Chard and Wild Mushroom Napoleon; tasting of Lamb Leg Chop and Braised Shoulder with Potato and Eggplant Rosti.
